I recently purchased one of your carports. It is both attractive and well built. The installation procedures was professional. I look forward to using your product for many years to come.

EDIT: This is my first Google review. I don’t write reviews online but was forced to give Discovery Buildings a five star review under threat of them keeping my deposit.  I ordered a carport and sent a picture of my deposit check ($717.60). I informed the salesman, Christian that I didn’t need a permit to erect a building on our property but Carolina Carports told me they wouldn’t put one up without permission from my county so I ordered a building from Affordable Sheds in Melbourne, Florida who wouldn’t require county permission. Discovery Buildings wouldn’t return my deposit. I spoke with the owner, Blake and she said she would give me credit if I bought another building from them, that she would use a different manufacturer that wouldn’t require a permit. I ordered a smaller building. The new deposit was $301.56. They would only give me my final $416.04 if I wrote a five star Google review for them. Before my order, I spoke with Blake and Christian on the phone at length and mentioned my trepidation after reading the negative reviews but she assured me that I would not have problems with her company. Could not be happier with the service and building we just had installed in our home. The building came out amazing and I’d highly recommend Discovery Buildings !
